All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We take full payment once your order has been completed, we take no deposits or card details until your order is ready for dispatch. For payment our preferred method is a bank transfer you may also pay using a debit/credit card we process these payments through paypal (You do not need to have a paypal account) with this method there is a paypal charge of 3%
All Items ordered will remain the property of Cane Direct until we have delivered the products to your address. If your payment has not cleared you must not use the product until such time that your goods are paid for. instructions and in the same condition that you received them at your own cost. If you do not do this within 7 days of the your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any/all damage to any products that are the subject of an unpaid order.
Cane Direct makes every opportunity to show all the fabric finishes as accurately as possible, however slight variation may occur during the printing process or online in the reproduction of photographs. The base materials in our fabric range are of the best quality, but because they are of a natural sauce they can on occasion have variations in tone and unique characteristics that make each fabric individual. Cane Direct reserve the right to change fabric, cane, cushion designs and accessory designs. All dimensions are approximate and can be changed at our discretion. For new cushions we recommend head protectors are used to avoid damage to the tops of the cushion from direct sunlight and head grease. All our cushions and fabrics meet British Fire Safety Standards to British Safety Standards. We recommend the use of blinds to reduce the effects of strong sunlight. All cushions are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 24 months upon product registration. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All deliveries are usually made within 4 weeks. You will be contacted approximately 48 hours before your proposed delivery date by Parcel Force directly to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. All goods must be checked and signed for on delivery. If you elect for goods to be delivered without providing a signature then we cannot accept damages or further responsibility for goods. Orders will be delivered by Parcel Force directly. Smaller items may be quoted separately.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time by contacting our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event of any damaged goods being delivered you must notify our Customer Service Department on the same day or the next available working day during the hours stated below, to arrange an exchange or collection. We will contact you approximately 7 – 10 days before your proposed exchange/collection date to arrange a mutually convenient day. We will not exchange or collect faulty goods reported out of the stated period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods you must tell us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order. Cane Direct will contact you with a proposed collection date approximately 7 – 10 days in advance to arrange a convenient day to suit you. Goods will be returned to our factory and provided that all goods are in the same perfect condition as when they were received and in their original packaging. We will refund the goods value less delivery/collection charges as appropriate. If no-one is available at the collection address on the pre-agreed collection day we will charge a non-refundable collection charge, plus any applicable surcharges, for each attempted collection. Upgrade and downgrade order conditions apply. Orders of the same or higher value we will exchange free of charge. Orders of a lesser value will be charged at the appropriate delivery charge.
